Returns, Exchanges, & Warranty

You love it, but need another size, color, style? No worries, we’re here to help make it right.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we happily accept returns and exchanges initiated within 30 days of delivery.

exchanges

Let’s get youwhat you need. This will take less time than eating a burrito.

- Free exchanges within 30 days of the order's delivery date. 

- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

- Exchanges can be started through our Exchange Portal.  

- Once an exchange has been started, you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

- Your replacement item will be shipped once you drop your original order in the mail.

returns

- We accept returns within 30 days of the order’s delivery date. 

- Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. 

- Returns can be started through our Returns Portal.  Return authorization numbers are required. 

- Once a return has been started, you will receive a return authorization number and pre-paid shipping label via email. 

- When your item is returned to our warehouse, our team will review the item and initiate the refund or store credit. 

- Refunds will be applied to your original payment method within 1-2 days of the return arriving in our warehouse.

- We will cover the initial order’s shipping costs for returns receiving store credit. The initial shipping costs are non-refundable when return is refunded to the original payment method.

We’re dedicated to producing everyday apparel that wears in, not out. Every design, stitch, and style has to be durable and versatile. We stand behind what we make, so we’re dedicated to solving the issues if sh*t’s not right - it happens sometimes.

If this is the case, we’d love to hear from you and fix it immediately. If your product is found to be defective we will replace it ASAP - with all shipping on us.
