Paniolo is the Hawaiian word for cowboy. In 1908, three paniolo cousins traveled thousands of miles to Cheyenne, Wyoming, to compete at Frontier Days – the world’s premier rodeo event. Winning in Cheyenne was akin to earning Olympic gold, and every cattle roping title since 1897 had been claimed by a Wyoming cowboy. Outsiders and underdogs, the paniolo’s – with flowers around the brims of their hats – shocked everyone by taking first, third, and fifth places. At a time of uncertainty in the world, these men became instant heroes. Inspired by the spirit of the paniolo and our Wyoming roots, this carefree, lightweight shirt is all about celebration, courage, and confidence.
For a limited time, we're including the best-selling book Aloha Rodeo free with the purchase of our Paniolo Shirt.
